To be quiet and just listen, is truly important and beneficial for so many reasons.  Meditating is one way to connect with your higher self or soul. Meditation is also a doorway to connect with our loved ones in Spirit.

I know how deeply important and life-changing these connections can be because they’re all based in Love.

I invite you to listen and meditate with an open heart, and trust that many insights can be revealed to you.

Especially during this challenging time, we truly need to know that we are loved and protected. Indeed we are still loved and protected by those who were with us in the physical, and perhaps guided us through life, and are now on the Other Side. Trust me, they are still watching over us.
